Google Play Removes 17 VK Apps
Google Play removed 17 VK apps, including VKontakte, Dzen, Mail.ru and Odnoklassniki. Existing Android installations still receive updates and notifications.

Google Play has removed 17 apps associated with VK from its catalog, including VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Mail.ru, Dzen, Yula and Marusya, according to Kommersant, which published the full list.
The affected apps are:
- VKontakte
- Mail Mail
- Mail Cloud
- Dzen
- Odnoklassniki
- VK Music
- VK Messenger
- VK Calls
- VK Video
- VK Video Live
- VK Dating
- VK Admin
- VK Play
- VK Teams
- VK Mail
- Yula
- Marusya

The removal follows earlier reports involving Max and Odnoklassniki. The apps remain available through RuStore, Huawei AppGallery, Samsung Galaxy Store, Xiaomi GetApps and other Android app stores. Existing installations continue to receive updates and push notifications as usual.
Apple had previously removed VK holding apps from Russia’s App Store, after which VK shares declined.

VK is also advising users to switch to its website. The company said:
“VKontakte is completing its move to the vk.ru domain. Going forward, we will support service availability only in the .ru domain zone.”
