Vivo X300e packs 144Hz display and 7,200mAh battery
Vivo’s X300e pairs Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, a 7,200mAh battery, 144Hz display and 3x periscope zoom, starting at 4,799 yuan in China.

Vivo X300e combines a 144Hz AMOLED display, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, a 7,200mAh battery and IP68/IP69 protection in the fifth model of the X300 series. Vivo officially launched the smartphone in China on July 27, 2026.
The phone has a 6.59-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2750 × 1260 pixels and a 144Hz refresh rate. Its battery supports 90W fast charging. Other hardware includes an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner that works with wet fingers, stereo speakers, NFC, an infrared transmitter, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4 and a vapor-chamber cooling system.
Vivo ships the X300e with Android 16 and OriginOS 6. Depending on the version, the device is 7.79–7.99mm thick and weighs 199.5–203g.
Zeiss camera system with periscope zoom
The Zeiss camera setup is led by a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 main sensor with optical image stabilization. It is joined by an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 periscope module with 3x optical zoom and OIS. All three rear cameras can record video at up to 4K resolution.

Vivo X300e pricing and availability
The Vivo X300e comes in Moonlight White, Midnight Black and Sunlight Orange. Chinese pricing starts at 4,799 yuan—about $710—for the 12GB/256GB model and rises to 5,299 yuan, or about $780, for the 12GB/512GB version.
