Poco M8 Power 5G teases 7-inch screen and 8000mAh battery

Poco has started teasing the Poco M8 Power 5G, and its first video puts battery life ahead of camera hardware or exterior design. The smartphone has already appeared on Flipkart, revealing its headline combination: an unusually large display for a conventional phone and an 8000mAh battery.
The teaser suggests that the device could be a close relative of the Redmi Note 17 for international markets. Xiaomi frequently uses this approach, releasing the same underlying platform under different brands depending on the region while changing the name and marketing.
The company has officially confirmed only the phone’s broad concept. Early reports, however, describe the Poco M8 Power 5G as a near-7-inch “phablet”. If those details make it into the final model, it would be an unusual mainstream phone: a large screen paired with a battery capacity rarely seen in this category.
