Apple may end its iPhone Upgrade Program
Apple may stop new sign-ups for its iPhone Upgrade Program next week as it launches Apple Upgrade, which reportedly will cost less monthly.

Apple is reportedly preparing to wind down its iPhone Upgrade Program after launching a new Apple Upgrade program next week. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman says Apple plans to stop accepting new sign-ups for the existing program.
It remains unclear whether current members will be allowed to stay enrolled beyond their existing terms or will eventually be moved to Apple Upgrade. The new program’s key difference is that it reportedly will not include AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss coverage, which should make its monthly payments lower.
