Samsung Galaxy S27 lineup gains a fourth model
Samsung’s Galaxy S27 lineup may include four models, with leaked code names and camera details for the Ultra, Pro, Plus, and base versions.

Samsung’s Galaxy S27 lineup is reportedly expanding to four models, with the company internally referring to the project as “Next Miracle” or “New Miracle.” The German publication WinFuture has published the alleged code names for the devices, around six months before their expected official debut.
Galaxy S27 code names
According to the report, Samsung’s internal documentation identifies the phones as:
- NM1 — Galaxy S27
- NM2 — Galaxy S27 Plus
- NM3 — Galaxy S27 Pro
- NM4 — Galaxy S27 Ultra
The leak supports earlier indications that Samsung’s next flagship family will include a Galaxy S27 Pro, rather than the three-model lineup used in previous generations.

Galaxy S27 Ultra and Pro camera details
The Galaxy S27 Ultra is expected to remain the top model and retain a four-camera system. One telephoto camera will reportedly use a 50-megapixel sensor with 5x optical zoom. Its ultra-wide camera is also tipped to use Sony’s new 50-megapixel IMX855 sensor, which is already used in the recently introduced Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra.
The Galaxy S27 Pro may receive the same Sony IMX855 ultra-wide camera and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens. Both higher-end models are also expected to feature Samsung’s own 16-megapixel front-facing camera with autofocus. The S27 Pro could additionally support optical image stabilization (OIS) for its selfie camera.
The standard Galaxy S27 and Galaxy S27 Plus are also expected to receive camera upgrades. WinFuture attributes to both models a 50-megapixel optically stabilized main sensor, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a new telephoto camera whose specifications have not yet been disclosed.
