Microsoft 365 outage disrupts Teams and SharePoint
A Microsoft 365 outage is disrupting Teams, SharePoint, Excel and the Admin Center, with Downdetector reports far above normal levels.

Microsoft Teams and several Microsoft 365 services are experiencing an ongoing outage. Users report problems accessing Teams, SharePoint, Excel and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
At 11:11 a.m. ET on July 23, Downdetector recorded 2,403 reports, sharply above its normal baseline of 29. SharePoint accounted for 78% of complaints, followed by Excel at 11% and the Admin Center at 6%.
Microsoft has acknowledged the disruption and says it is investigating. “We’re investigating reports of issues with Microsoft 365 services,” the company said, directing administrators to incident MO1437424 in the Microsoft 365 admin center for additional information and future updates.
