Rogbid’s $39.99 fan packs metal build and 199 speeds

At $39.99, the Rogbid Breeze is aiming higher than the usual pocket fan. Rogbid’s new handheld model pairs an aluminum unibody with a semiconductor cooling plate, a display, LED lighting, and 199 levels of adjustable airflow.
The standout feature sits in the center of the fan head: a Peltier-based cooling plate. It uses the same basic technology found in external coolers for gaming phones such as RedMagic and Black Shark. In cooling mode, the metal surface drops in temperature enough to be pressed against the skin.
That helps set the Breeze apart from the many plastic handheld fans that typically offer only three or four modes. Rogbid is also leaning on materials here, replacing the usual plastic shell with a full aluminum alloy body.

- 199 speed levels
- Digital display with battery percentage
- 6,000mAh battery

For airflow, Rogbid says the Breeze uses a proprietary motor spinning a seven-blade fan, with air passing through a honeycomb-style front grille. Instead of a few fixed presets, the company uses a control wheel for continuous adjustment, letting users fine-tune airflow and noise.
A small screen above the wheel shows both the current speed and the remaining battery percentage. The fan head also tilts up to 145 degrees, so it can double as a desk fan. At the bottom of the handle, Rogbid has added a carabiner for attaching it to a backpack or strap.
The Breeze is available now in Moonlight Silver and Tech Black. ITzine notes that portable fan demand has grown in 2026, driven by hot weather and a rise in USB-C accessories, with popular marketplace models generally priced between $20 and $50. On price, the Breeze stays inside that range, but its metal build and cooling plate make it more unusual than most seasonal handheld fans.
