Asus has introduced the ExpertCenter P200 (PM240FA), a 24-inch all-in-one PC aimed squarely at offices that want fewer boxes, fewer cables, and less drama. It is built for reception desks, shared workspaces, and standard cubicles, which is another way of saying Asus is chasing the unglamorous but very real market for dependable desktop hardware rather than glossy spec-sheet bragging rights.

The Asus ExpertCenter P200 keeps the formula straightforward: put the screen and the computer in one compact unit, then make it easy to park on a desk and forget about. That setup has been around for years, but in enterprise buying it still wins on practicality, especially as small businesses and larger offices keep trimming workspace clutter.

ExpertCenter P200 display and webcam

The P200 uses a 23.8-inch 1080p IPS panel with a 16:9 aspect ratio and a maximum brightness of 300 nits. Asus also gives it TÜV Rheinland certification for low blue light, which should help it fit the usual full-day office grind without much complaint from tired eyes.

Above the display sits a 2-megapixel 1080p webcam with a physical privacy shutter. That is the sort of small, sensible detail that matters more in real workplaces than flashy lighting effects ever will.

Ryzen 5, Ryzen 3 and Athlon Silver options

Inside, Asus has kept things modest and efficient. The top configuration uses a Ryzen 5 processor with a 15W TDP, while buyers can also choose a Ryzen 3 or an Athlon Silver processor. That puts the P200 firmly in the everyday-computing lane, not the ”please compile this codebase before lunch” lane.

  • Up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM
  • Up to 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD
  • Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.4

That storage and memory combination is enough for typical office work, and the wireless support is a nice touch for a business PC at this level. Competing all-in-ones from Lenovo and HP often lean on the same formula: restrained processors, enough memory for multitasking, and a clean footprint that makes IT departments happy.

Ports, security, and durability

Asus split the ports between the side and the back to keep things tidy. The side gets one USB-C 3.2 port and a headphone jack, while the rear includes one USB-A 3.2 port, two USB-A 2.0 ports, an Ethernet jack, and an HDMI 2.1 port for a second monitor.

Business buyers also get a discrete TPM chip, a NIST SP 800-155-compliant BIOS, and MIL-STD-810H durability certification. The whole unit weighs 5.5kg, so it is not exactly featherweight, but it is still easy enough to move if the office layout changes.

Asus has not announced pricing or availability yet. That leaves the P200 in the familiar corporate holding pattern: perfectly sensible on paper, and now waiting for a number that tells procurement teams whether it is a smart buy or just another polite brochure.
