A widespread outage is disrupting online services across Russia, with users reporting that major marketplaces, banks, railway systems and mobile connections are intermittently unavailable.
Reports cited by iXBT include problems with Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex services, Roblox, Avito, Max, T-Bank, Gazprombank, Russian Railways and Rostelecom. Some users also reported difficulties accessing Telegram. Monitoring services recorded a sharp rise in complaints over a short period.
ITzine additionally highlighted failed online-banking operations, inaccessible shopping sites and unstable mobile connectivity. It said the list of affected services appeared to be growing, while users were contacting providers with little response.
