Rogbid SpinR brings a scroll wheel to a $50 smartwatch
Rogbid’s $50 SpinR smartwatch adds a side scroll wheel, IPX8 water protection, a 1,100 mAh battery and up to 100 days of standby.

Rogbid has introduced the SpinR, a rugged smartwatch priced at $50. Its defining feature is a mechanical scroll wheel on the side of the case, designed to reduce the need for swiping across the display.
The wheel works in a similar way to the optical scroll wheels found on computer mice: a sensor detects rotation and converts the movement into commands for navigating menus and settings. Users can turn it to move through the watch interface instead of relying only on touchscreen gestures.
Rogbid SpinR specifications
The SpinR uses a large, rugged 51 mm case that is 13.4 mm thick. Its display measures 1.7 inches and has a resolution of 360 × 360 pixels. The watch includes 128 MB of built-in storage and an HX3918 optical sensor for heart-rate monitoring.
Smartphone connectivity is handled by Bluetooth 5.4. The watch does not have a built-in GPS module, so the source does not identify it as a standalone location-tracking device.
Battery life, water resistance and price
A 1,100 mAh battery powers the watch. Rogbid claims up to 100 days of standby use, although the company does not specify the conditions behind that figure or provide an active-use estimate.
