Portronics has launched the Aero 10 in India, a compact 10,000mAh power bank that solves one very ordinary problem: cable clutter. It supports 20W USB Power Delivery, includes an integrated USB-C cable, and adds a second USB-C port for charging two devices at once. That puts it squarely in the practical accessory category, not the spec-sheet-flex one.

The formula is familiar, but the execution is tidy. A built-in cable that doubles as a lanyard makes the Aero 10 easier to carry, while the square body with rounded corners and a matte finish avoids the usual brick-like look most power banks still wear. At 245 grams, it is about what you’d expect from a 10,000mAh pack, so Portronics is betting on convenience rather than shaving every last gram.

Portronics Aero 10 design and charging setup

The Aero 10 comes in Black, Navy Blue, and Mocha, and its flat-braided USB-C cable can handle both output and input. That means it can charge your phone and recharge itself without forcing you to hunt for a spare wire, which is exactly the sort of small quality-of-life tweak that makes a budget accessory feel less annoying. The standard USB-C port also supports two-way charging, so users can plug in a second cable if needed.

  • Battery capacity: 10,000mAh
  • Charging output: 20W via USB Power Delivery
  • Ports: built-in USB-C cable plus one USB-C port
  • Weight: 245 grams

Portronics Aero 10 price and availability in India

The official price is Rs. 2,499 ($26), but Portronics is selling the Aero 10 at a launch price of Rs. 1,249 ($13). It is available now through the company website, Amazon India, Flipkart, and physical retail stores, and it carries a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty. The launch discount is doing most of the heavy lifting here; at the full sticker price, the value pitch would be harder to make against faster rivals.

How the Portronics Aero 10 compares with newer 10,000mAh rivals

Portronics is not alone in leaning into built-in cables. Ugreen has also introduced a 45W 10,000mAh smart power bank with a built-in USB-C cable and color display, while Portronics itself has already sold a larger 20,000mAh model with 35W fast charging, integrated cables, and an LED display. That leaves the Aero 10 as the simpler, cheaper option: less flashy, less powerful, and probably more appealing to people who just want a phone top-up without carrying a separate cable like it is still 2019.

Who the Aero 10 is really for

Twenty watts is enough for standard fast charging on most modern Android phones, plus smaller devices such as earbuds, tablets, and smartwatches. It will not do much for laptops, which is fine because this is clearly aimed at everyday carry, not desk replacement. The built-in cable is the feature that sets the Aero 10 apart in a crowded power bank market.
