DJI Osmo 360 II launch set for August 13

DJI has shown the design of the Osmo 360 II ahead of a scheduled launch on August 13, 2026, but the company is keeping the camera’s core specifications under wraps. A DJI Hong Kong webpage titled “All Angles. All Epic” lists the event for 12:00 GMT, or 8 p.m. Beijing time.

The announcement teasers point to the same 360-degree camera concept rather than a new product category. One video cuts between mountain biking, dancing, and skiing before ending with “Coming soon.” Another starts with a square sensor viewed from above, then pulls back to reveal the camera and a fisheye-lens overlay.

The launch date is clearer than the retail picture. DJI is expected to release the camera in markets outside the United States, while a simultaneous US launch appears less likely because tightened restrictions have already affected other DJI hardware.
