Poco’s C81 Pro has started appearing in European stores, giving budget buyers in Germany and Spain a fresh option with a 6000 mAh battery, a 120 Hz display, and HyperOS 3. The catch is familiar: the cheapest version is listed, but not actually available yet, which feels very on-brand for the entry-level smartphone aisle.
In Germany, Xiaomi is already selling the phone through its official online shop. The 4/256 GB model costs 147 euros, while the 128 GB version is priced at 126 euros for now – though Xiaomi says that variant is temporarily out of stock. Three finishes are on offer: black, green, and gold.
Poco C81 Pro specs and features
The C81 Pro is built around the Unisoc T7250 and uses a large 6.9-inch IPS panel with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. That screen also runs at 120 Hz, which is the kind of spec that used to be reserved for pricier phones and now turns up on devices that cost less than a nice dinner in many European cities.

A familiar Poco formula for the low end
At 171.56 x 79.47 x 8.15 mm and 208 grams, this is a big phone by modern standards, but that is the trade-off Poco is making: size and battery life over elegance. Xiaomi has been leaning hard into that formula across its budget brands, and rivals in the segment will need to answer with either sharper screens, bigger batteries, or cleaner software if they want attention.
For now, the real question is whether the lower-priced configuration actually reaches shelves soon, because that 126 euro headline is the number most shoppers will remember. If Xiaomi can keep stock moving, the C81 Pro should have no trouble finding an audience among buyers who want the basics done cheaply and do not care about pretending otherwise.
