It’s a quiet, fairly modest machine on paper, but the real point is simple: ARM-powered Windows is no longer being sold only as a notebook experiment.
That matters because all-in-ones live and die on looks, noise, and convenience, not brute-force specs. Asus is leaning into that formula with a thin white chassis, a tilt-adjustable metal stand, and a design that should fit neatly beside a kitchen counter or in a cramped study. No drama, no RGB circus, just a desktop that wants to disappear into the room.

Inside, Asus pairs an 8-core Snapdragon X chip with 16GB of LPDDR5X memory and either 512GB or 1TB of PCIe 4.0 storage. The built-in Qualcomm NPU delivers 45 TOPS, which is enough for Copilot Plus PC branding and on-device AI tricks such as background blur and microphone noise filtering.

Asus has covered the basics without overcomplicating things. Around the back are HDMI, Ethernet, and three USB-A ports, while the side adds a USB-C port and a headphone jack for easier access. The 5-megapixel camera supports Windows Hello facial login and includes a physical privacy slider, which is the sort of small, sensible detail more PCs should have by default.
The box also includes a wireless mouse and keyboard, plus Microsoft Office Home 2024. Wireless support is equally current, with Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3, and the VM441 ships with the Single Language edition of Windows 11 Home.
