Cosplayer Alice Arkhangelskaya, known online as Mercurygin, has delivered a strikingly bold portrayal of Katerina, one of the standout characters from Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Her detailed cosplay set, already making waves on social media, has clearly hit the mark with fans of the game.

Katerina stands out in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 as a captivating tavern maid from Kutná Hora whose innocent appearance masks deeper, more complex motives. Mercurygin’s cosplay captures that duality perfectly – from the blue corset dress and braided hair draped over the shoulder to the gaze that blends innocence with something more elusive. The choice to shoot outdoors amid summer greenery adds authentic medieval flavor, reminiscent of why players fell for the game’s rich historical atmosphere.

This isn’t Mercurygin’s first time bringing Katerina to life. Previous cosplayers like Liz Joestar and Lada Lyumos have interpreted the character, but Mercurygin’s version stands out thanks to meticulous costume details and a carefully chosen natural setting for the shoot.

Warhorse Studios, the Czech developer behind Kingdom Come: Deliverance, continues to build on its medieval RPG’s success. This fall, players can expect the Legacy of the Forge DLC, where the protagonist Henry will restore a forge in Kutná Hora. Winter brings the Mysteria Ecclesiae expansion exploring the Sedlec Monastery. Exact release dates are still under wraps.
While cosplayers compete to nail screen-accurate looks, Warhorse is expanding the Kingdom Come universe with fresh content that promises to deepen the immersive, historically grounded experience that sets it apart from mainstream RPGs like The Witcher or Skyrim.
