A new video from leaker John Prosser shows what he says is the iPhone 20, and the concept points to a major reset: a four-sided curved display, a more ”wrapped” body, and a camera layout that could be very different from today’s iPhone lineup.
If even part of this turns out to be real, Apple is aiming for the kind of iPhone 20 redesign that gets people to upgrade for looks alone. That is a rarer trick than it sounds, especially after years of iterative iPhone updates and a smartphone market that has made ”new design” feel like a marketing phrase people barely trust anymore.
Four-sided curved display and Samsung OLED panels
According to the render shown in Prosser’s FPT video, the phone would have a display curved on all four edges, creating the impression of a nearly seamless, rounded device. The panels are said to come from Samsung, which is hardly a wild guess; Apple has long relied on Samsung Display for advanced OLED supply, and the two companies have a habit of competing in public while doing business in private.
The concept also suggests Apple is willing to move beyond the usual ”slimmer bezels, slightly cleaner lines” routine. That would put it closer to the handful of ambitious hardware redesigns that actually changed how a flagship phone was perceived, rather than just how it was measured.
Apple A21, silicon-carbon battery, and HBM memory
The hardware claims are just as aggressive. The device is said to feature a new Apple A21 chip, a silicon-carbon battery with higher capacity, an improved camera with an HDR sensor, and even the possibility of HBM memory. That’s a shopping list designed to make a launch event sound expensive before Apple has even said a word.

Why this iPhone 20 leak carries extra weight
Prosser is not an outsider throwing darts at a board. Apple is currently suing him over leaks tied to iOS 26 design details, and he has also been right on several notable timing and rendering calls in the past, including Pixel launch dates and an accurate iPhone 17 Pro render published a month before that phone’s debut. That track record does not make the iPhone 20 real, but it does mean Apple fans will be watching the next round of rumors with more attention than usual.
The bigger question is whether Apple would actually ship a phone this bold in a single jump, or whether the render is simply showing the direction the company wants people to imagine.
