Xiaomi has brought the 17T to India with a clear pitch: flagship-style camera hardware, a big battery, and a price that stays well below the company’s pricier 17 and 17 Ultra models. The Xiaomi 17T goes on sale June 10, while Xiaomi’s new TV FX mini LED range starts selling June 11 with built-in Fire TV and prices from ₹32,999.
The handset is the more interesting launch. Xiaomi is targeting buyers who want zoom and display quality without paying full premium-phone money, a formula rivals have been leaning on too. Samsung and OnePlus have spent the last few cycles trying to stretch that same middle ground, and Xiaomi is clearly not interested in leaving it alone.
Xiaomi 17T price and India sale date

- 12 GB/512 GB: ₹64,999
- Sale starts June 10 across Amazon, Mi, and retail stores
Xiaomi 17T display, battery and software
The 17T carries a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with 3,500 nits peak brightness, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and Dolby Vision support. Xiaomi pairs that with a 6,500 mAh silicon carbon battery and a 67W charger, plus IP68 dust and water resistance. That battery spec is the kind of thing that sounds routine until you compare it with slimmer rivals that still struggle to last a full day.
Inside, the phone runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra processor, with up to 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB UFS 4.1 storage. It ships with HyperOS 3 based on Android 16 out of the box, which means Xiaomi is making the software pitch as loudly as the hardware one.
Xiaomi 17T camera setup leans on 5x zoom
The rear camera system is the headline act: a 50 MP main camera with OIS, a 50 MP telephoto lens with 5x zoom, and a 12 MP ultrawide lens. Up front, there is a 32 MP selfie camera. Xiaomi is betting that a proper telephoto lens still sells phones, and it is probably right – the mid-range segment has spent years pretending digital zoom is a personality trait.
Xiaomi TV FX mini LED series price and sizes
The TV launch is broader, with 43-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch and 75-inch models in the Xiaomi TV FX mini LED series. Pricing starts at ₹32,999 and rises to ₹84,999, with the first sale scheduled for June 11. Built-in Fire TV gives the range an obvious advantage for buyers who want fewer boxes, fewer remotes and less setup friction.
- 43-inch to 75-inch screen sizes
- Fire TV built in
- Prices from ₹32,999 to ₹84,999
The real test now is whether Xiaomi can convert spec-sheet appeal into shelf traction. The 17T has the sort of camera and battery mix that tends to look stronger in stores than in press releases, and that may be exactly why Xiaomi put the TV lineup alongside it: the company wants a full-room pitch, not just a phone launch.
