Rezvani has turned the Ford F-150 Raptor into something far more theatrical than a desert-run pickup: the new Fortress is a heavily armored, V8-powered survival truck with bulletproof glass, EMP protection, and an optional pepper-spray system built into the bodywork. The Rezvani Fortress starts at $285,000, which is a lot to spend on peace of mind, but the brand is clearly selling fear management as much as horsepower.

Underneath the armor, the recipe is familiar. The base truck keeps the Raptor’s twin-turbo V6, while the pricier setup swaps in a 5.2-liter V8 rated at 850 horsepower. That puts it in the same rarefied territory as the wildest super-trucks, except this one also seems ready for a minor apocalypse.

Rezvani Fortress styling leaves the Raptor behind

Rezvani says the exterior shares no original factory body panels with the donor Raptor, and that tracks with the photos: the Fortress looks angular, armored, and deliberately intimidating. Buyers can also spec 40-inch off-road tires and a Fox suspension setup, which should help the truck do more than just loom menacingly outside a gated compound.

This is familiar territory for Rezvani, a company that has built a niche around military cosplay for the wealthy. The Fortress arrives in a segment where other boutique off-roaders lean on luxury or Baja credibility; Rezvani leans harder into the bunker aesthetic, which is either brilliant branding or the most expensive overreaction to traffic imaginable.

Armor, smoke and other survival tricks

The Fortress’s core pitch is protection. Standard equipment includes military-grade armor panels, bullet-resistant glass, a smoke-screen system, and EMP shielding designed to keep the electronics alive if the world gets especially unfriendly. For buyers who think that still sounds underprepared, Rezvani offers a Security Survival Pack with military gas masks, an expanded first-aid kit, extreme-cold survival gear, a loudspeaker, and that exterior pepper-spray deterrent.

The cabin, mercifully, does not look like a sandbagged shelter. Rezvani keeps the Raptor-style dashboard and screens, then adds a more upscale finish with 10 seat-trim styles and colors. The result is a luxury truck that wants to be read as both a status symbol and a contingency plan.

The obvious question is whether anyone needs a pickup this prepared for catastrophe. Rezvani has never been shy about selling excess, and the Fortress suggests the appetite for armored toys is still alive among buyers who want their truck to look like it can outrun trouble, repel it, and maybe blind it with smoke on the way out.
