The Xiaomi flagship store on Tverskaya offers a full lineup of Xiaomi’s smartphones, wearables, smart home gadgets, and devices from sub-brands Redmi and Poco. Shoppers can try out interconnected devices within Xiaomi’s ecosystem, compare models from various series, and get expert advice. The location also features an authorized service center for setup, repairs, and maintenance.

To celebrate the grand opening, Xiaomi is offering a week-long promotion with free screen protector installation on smartphones and free labor on repairs if customers cover the cost of parts. Expanding physical retail makes sense given the strong appetite for Chinese electronics in Russia.

According to sales data from 2024, Xiaomi ranks among the leading smartphone brands in Russia by volume. The offline store model-with integrated service and ecosystem showcasing-is also favored by rivals such as Huawei and realme, who have ramped up physical presence to compete in the Russian market.

Physical flagship stores like this signal Xiaomi’s commitment to deepening its footprint in Moscow’s premium retail zones, enhancing customer experience beyond just online sales. The move highlights how Chinese smartphone brands continue to carve out space amid Western tech restrictions and shifting consumer preferences. Watch for whether Xiaomi leverages this store as a hub for launching new products and ecosystem expansions tailored to Russian consumers.
