Samsung is preparing to launch the Galaxy A37 alongside the Galaxy A57, with new pricing details confirming the A37 as a competitive mid-range smartphone. Promotional materials leaked online reveal that the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant is priced at THB 13,999, approximately $430 or ₹36,000, though actual prices will vary by region. So far, only this higher-storage model has been highlighted, despite earlier rumors suggesting a 6GB RAM and 128GB storage version.

The Samsung Galaxy A37 features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1480 chipset. Its versatile camera array includes a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5MP macro lens, along with a 12MP front-facing camera designed for selfies. The device is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery supporting 45W fast charging to deliver strong battery life and quick recharging.

On the software front, the Galaxy A37 will launch with One UI 8.5 based on Android 16. This ensures that Samsung’s mid-range lineup stays updated with the latest Android features. Although the specs are a modest evolution over previous models, the combination of features targets buyers looking for a reliable phone with solid performance and ample storage.

Samsung’s emphasis on the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant suggests a strategic move to offer premium storage as standard in select markets. This gives the Galaxy A37 an advantage over competitors that typically start with 128GB storage. The trend toward higher base storage reflects the increasing demands of larger apps and multimedia content.

As Samsung readies the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 for release, these pricing and specification leaks hint that the A37 will be a strong contender in the mid-range smartphone segment. It is expected to compete effectively with devices from Xiaomi, Realme, and other manufacturers that have been pushing aggressive pricing in the $300 to $450 range in recent years.
