Oppo’s next small-format flagship may be the kind of device that makes bigger phones look a bit lazy. A new Oppo Find X9s Pro leak says the Find X9s Pro will pack a 6.32-inch OLED display, dual 200-megapixel cameras, and a 7,025mAh battery – a frankly absurd amount of power for a phone Oppo is positioning as the smallest model in the X9 lineup.
The timing is straightforward enough: Oppo will announce the Find X9 Ultra on April 21 in China, and the Find X9s Pro is expected to appear alongside it. That matters because compact phones usually trade battery life or camera ambition for size; Oppo seems to be trying to dodge both compromises at once. If the leak holds up, the company is aiming straight at the pocketable-phone crowd without asking them to accept the usual downsides.
Find X9s Pro display and camera details
According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the Find X9s Pro will use a 6.32-inch OLED panel with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Oppo has already confirmed that the phone will use Tianma’s U9 Pro display panel, and the screen will reportedly sit inside ultra-thin bezels on all four sides.
On the back, the device is said to carry a large horizontal camera island with a pair of 200-megapixel sensors for the main and periscope telephoto cameras, plus a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens. Earlier reports pointed to Samsung HP5 sensors for the primary and periscope cameras, so this newer leak leaves one open question: whether Oppo has changed at least the main sensor, or whether the final hardware is still being shuffled around behind the curtain.
Dimensity 9500, ColorOS 16 and charging speeds
Previous reports already tied the Dimensity 9500 chip to the Find X9s Pro, and the latest leak adds a 7,025mAh battery plus 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. That battery size is especially eye-catching because it matches the larger Find X9, which reportedly has a 6.59-inch screen. In other words, Oppo may be using efficiency and packaging rather than sheer chassis size to make the numbers work.
- Display: 6.32-inch OLED
- Resolution: 1.5K
- Refresh rate: 144Hz
- Battery: 7,025mAh
- Charging: 80W wired, 50W wireless
- Chipset: Dimensity 9500
China launch, storage options and colors
The phone will reportedly ship with ColorOS 16 based on Android 16, and it may stay exclusive to China. Storage choices are said to include 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB, with Titanium, White, Cyan, and Orange among the color options.
That’s a strong spec sheet for a compact device, but it also hints at Oppo’s broader strategy: give buyers a smaller phone without making them feel punished for choosing it. If the Find X9s Pro arrives with these specs intact, it could pressure rivals to rethink how much battery is ”too much” for a smaller flagship.
