Marshall has unveiled the Bromley 450, a smaller, more affordable party speaker that delivers 360-degree True Stereophonic sound, designed to fill spaces evenly with rich audio. Sporting a retro-inspired look with a water-based PU leather wrap and metal grille, this speaker blends vintage charm with modern features suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Instead of mimicking the larger Bromley 750, the new 450 model focuses on portability and convenience without compromising performance. Its design includes TPU corner guards for protection and built-in stage lights reminiscent of the 1970s, which offer three preset modes: ambient lighting and two patterns synchronized to the music. Physical controls on top ensure easy operation amid noisy environments.

The Bromley 450 pumps out sound using multiple side-mounted drivers, guaranteeing bass alongside crisp mids and detailed highs. This all-around speaker is ideal for various music genres, proving versatility beyond typical party speakers. Its IP55 certification means it’s dust-resistant and splashproof, ready for beach days, backyard barbecues, or festival settings.

Battery life is a standout feature with over 40 hours on a single charge. The Bromley 450’s rechargeable battery is interchangeable with the Bromley 750’s units, allowing for extended playback by swapping batteries. It also supports operation via an AC power cable, which can recharge the battery simultaneously, adding flexibility to where and how you use it.

The speaker is karaoke-friendly, equipped with two combo input jacks for microphones and instruments, catering to impromptu live performances or small gatherings. The Bromley 450 pricing is as follows:

  • Price: €649 (approximately $746)
  • Online launch: March 17
  • Retail availability: March 31

By focusing on portability, impressive battery life, and classic Marshall aesthetics, the Bromley 450 targets users wanting big sound without the bulk or price of larger models. Its 360-degree output and durable build make it a compelling option among recent competitors, where outdoor and party speakers increasingly prioritize both sound coverage and resilience.
