JMGO has introduced its N1 Air 4th Gen projector, blending high-quality image projection with smart home connectivity. This new model boasts a 1080p native resolution coupled with a laser light source system that delivers vivid colors and high contrast, all wrapped in a compact design that supports Xiaomi’s Mijia smart home ecosystem. The projector is now open for pre-orders at 3058 yuan (around $444) on JD.com.
At the core of the N1 Air 4th Gen is JMGO’s QuaLas 32 laser system, which delivers 1350 lumens brightness and a standout contrast ratio of 15,000:1. The projector supports HDR10 and covers 110% of the BT.2020 color space, promising enhanced color accuracy and depth. Motion appears smooth thanks to built-in MEMC technology that compensates for fast-moving scenes.
Design-wise, JMGO has integrated a clever smart gimbal, allowing flexible projection angles including ceiling mounting. Auto keystone correction and autofocus make setup effortless by keeping images perfectly aligned and sharp. The projector can also extend display size with a large-screen mode for more immersive viewing.
Audio hasn’t been neglected either: dual 5W speakers, certified with Dolby Audio and DTS-X, deliver well-balanced sound with bass down to 55 Hz. This focus on sound quality helps elevate the multimedia experience beyond just visuals.
Internally, the N1 Air 4th Gen runs on Bonfire OS 7 and supports Xiaomi HyperConnect, tapping into the Mijia app for smart home integration. Voice control is powered by Super XiaoAI, with AI models from DeepSeek and iFlytek Spark enhancing content search and recommendations. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, one HDMI 2.1 port, and USB 2.0.
With 2GB RAM and 64GB storage, it offers ample room for apps and media. Noise levels are impressively low at 26 dB, while the 1.8 kg device measures 187 x 165 x 191 mm and consumes 100W of power. Such specs make it a strong contender in the growing segment of compact, smart projectors that combine strong image quality with home automation features.
