While Samsung has been cautious on charging speeds for foldables-sticking to 25W so far-the timing might be right for a jump to faster charging. The Galaxy S26 Ultra recently introduced 60W charging support, and the Galaxy Z Fold 8 could follow suit or settle for a middle ground like 45W, which would substantially shorten recharge times and enhance usability for power users.
