Asus has unveiled the ExpertCenter P600 AiO series, a new lineup of all-in-one desktops designed for business users that leverages the latest Ryzen AI processors to boost performance with integrated artificial intelligence. The series includes two models: a 27-inch PM670GA and a 24-inch PM640GA.
Both models run on AMD’s Ryzen AI processors, available in two configurations: the Ryzen AI 5 430 with 4 cores (up to 4.5 GHz), 8 MB cache, and an NPU delivering up to 50 TOPS, and the Ryzen AI 7 445 featuring 6 cores (up to 4.6 GHz), 16 MB cache, and the same 50 TOPS AI power. The systems support up to 64 GB of DDR5 RAM and PCIe 4.0 SSD storage up to 2 TB.
The PM640GA sports a 23.8-inch Full HD IPS panel with 250 nits brightness, while the PM670GA offers a larger 27-inch display with 300 nits. Both screens feature wide 178° viewing angles, 99% sRGB color coverage, TÜV Rheinland certification for reduced blue light, anti-glare coatings, and optional touchscreen support.
On the privacy and video front, Asus provides two camera options: a standard 2 MP FHD + IR webcam and an enhanced 5 MP FHD + IR version, both equipped with physical privacy shutters that slide to block the lens. Audio comes from built-in stereo speakers rated at 5 watts each.
Connectivity is generous, with ports split between the side and rear panels. The side includes a USB 2.0 Type-A, combo audio jack, Kensington lock slot, and HDMI-in button. The rear offers three USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one USB Type-C, HDMI-out 2.1, HDMI-in 1.4, RJ45 Ethernet, and the power connector. Wireless features include Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, with firmware upgrades planned for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 compatibility.

The lineup includes an optional height-adjustable stand that allows users to tilt, swivel, and rotate the display to suit various working positions.
Security is a core focus for the ExpertCenter P600 AiO series. It features Asus’ ExpertGuardian platform with TPM 2.0 and biometric authentication capabilities. The devices also meet the MIL-STD 810H military standard for durability, ensuring they can handle demanding office environments.
To complement the desktops, Asus offers accessories including a full-size keyboard, ergonomic mouse, adjustable stands, and VESA mount compatibility.
This launch positions Asus in the growing segment of business all-in-ones that blend AI-powered computing with practical security and ergonomics. While competitors like Dell and HP also offer business-focused AiOs, Asus sets itself apart by integrating AMD’s new Ryzen AI processors, promising a balance of CPU and AI task acceleration that could provide office workflows with a unique productivity edge.
As AI continues to embed itself into everyday computing tasks, the ExpertCenter P600 AiO raises a question: how effectively will AMD’s integrated NPU translate into real-world business applications? With AI readiness now built into hardware, the next few months will reveal whether this approach delivers tangible benefits for enterprises or remains a niche feature.
