OnePlus has launched the OnePlus 15T, a compact flagship smartphone that packs high-end specs into a smaller frame. With a sharp 6.32-inch AMOLED screen running at up to 165 Hz and a hefty 7500 mAh battery, the OnePlus 15T targets users who want flagship performance without a giant phone.
The OnePlus 15T’s display features a 1.5K resolution and ultra-thin symmetrical bezels measuring just 1.1 mm. It supports advanced flicker reduction with 3840 Hz PWM dimming and reaches a minimum brightness of just 1 nit, alongside blue light reduction certification. Durability is handled by Oppo’s Crystal Shield glass.
Under the hood, the OnePlus 15T runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, built on a 3-nanometer process. OnePlus claims the phone scores over 4.45 million points on AnTuTu benchmark tests. Memory options go up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra Pro RAM, and storage reaches 1TB with blazing-fast UFS 4.1 technology. The device stays cool thanks to a 5150 mm² vapor chamber cooler plus a triple-chip setup to boost performance, connectivity, and signal strength.

Gamers get a dedicated gaming engine that pushes up to 144 FPS on Honor of Kings at max settings and supports the full 165 Hz refresh rate in popular games like PUBG Mobile and Valorant Mobile.
The phone runs Android 16 wrapped in ColorOS 16, with promises of five years of software support, including four major OS upgrades. Extras include a gaming assistant, enhanced AI features, and improved ecosystem integration between devices.
Photography gear is led by OnePlus’s LUMO Imaging system: a 50MP Sony sensor with optical image stabilization and a periscope telephoto lens offering 3.5x optical zoom (up to 7x ”optical-quality” zoom) with an 85mm focal length for portraits. Video and photo modes include 4K Live Photos, a pro mode, and creative filters. The front camera is 16MP.
Battery life impresses with a 7500 mAh pack despite the phone’s compact size. It supports 100W wired fast charging, 50W wireless charging, passthrough charging for uninterrupted gaming, and reverse charging both wired and wireless.

Durability and connectivity features include IP66, IP68, and IP69K water and dust resistance ratings, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner under the display, stereo speakers, and modern radios such as 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, and GPS.
OnePlus 15T pricing and variants:
- 12GB RAM / 256GB storage: 4,299 yuan (~$624)
- 16GB RAM / 1TB storage: 5,699 yuan (~$830)
Pre-orders are live now in China, with sales officially starting on March 25.
The OnePlus 15T competes well with compact flagships like the Apple iPhone 15 and Samsung Galaxy S23. Its combination of a smaller display, huge battery, and flagship-level internals makes it a unique option. The inclusion of high refresh rates and advanced gaming features appeals to users wanting a powerhouse device that fits comfortably in one hand.
Looking ahead, OnePlus will need to prove that the 15T’s blend of premium specs and compact design can attract buyers in a market saturated by larger flagship phones. The extended software support promises longevity, but international availability and pricing will be key to its success beyond China.
