Oppo is gearing up to launch not only its Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s Pro flagships in April but possibly a new K14 Turbo lineup as well. The Oppo K14 Turbo models have surfaced in China’s TENAA certification database, revealing key specs and design details just ahead of their likely debut.
The devices registered under model numbers PMH110 and PMG110 are expected to hit the market as the Oppo K14 Turbo and K14 Turbo Pro, respectively.

The base Oppo K14 Turbo features a 6.59-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8500 chipset. It packs a hefty battery around 7,400 mAh (nominally 7,265 mAh) and sports a dual rear camera setup: a 50 MP primary sensor paired with an 8 MP ultra-wide shooter. On the front, there’s a 16 MP selfie camera.
Memory options reportedly go up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage. The phone measures approximately 8.3 mm thick and weighs 197 grams.
The larger Oppo K14 Turbo Pro steps up with a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel and a more powerful Dimensity 9500+ chipset. Its battery capacity increases to a nominal 7,760 mAh. RAM maxes out at 12 GB with the same 512 GB storage cap.

The K14 Turbo Pro keeps the camera specs identical to the base model: 50 MP main, 8 MP ultra-wide, and a 16 MP front camera. It’s a bit heavier at 213 grams but retains the same 8.3 mm thickness.
Unique for this segment, both Oppo K14 Turbo models reportedly include under-display fingerprint scanners and built-in cooling fans. The presence of internal fans is uncommon in smartphones and suggests Oppo might be targeting gamers or demanding users seeking sustained performance.
The Oppo K14 Turbo series could fill a niche in the midrange smartphone market, where manufacturers increasingly blend substantial battery life, strong cameras, and gaming-friendly features. The addition of internal fans is a rare feature outside flagship gaming phones from brands like ASUS ROG or Lenovo Legion, highlighting Oppo’s ambitions.
If these TENAA listings hold true, April will be a busy month for Oppo. While the Find X9 Ultra series garners headlines, the K14 Turbo models will quietly push into the competitive mid-tier arena with distinctive hardware. How well the cooling fans improve sustained performance and battery life under heavy load will be a key aspect for reviewers and gamers alike.
