Just days before the official debut on March 24, the OnePlus 15T has been extensively detailed through an early listing on China Telecom’s site. The leak reveals key specifications, design features, and hardware choices, providing a clear picture of the company’s latest flagship before its official unveiling in China.
The OnePlus 15T sports a 6.32-inch LTPS OLED display with a resolution of 2640 x 1216 pixels and supports an ultra-smooth 165Hz refresh rate. The phone runs Android 16 and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Elite chipset (model SM8850), promising flagship-grade performance. Multiple RAM and storage configurations are listed, ranging from 12GB RAM with 256GB storage to a hefty 16GB RAM paired with 1TB storage. A sizable 7500mAh battery backs the device, coupled with 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging capabilities, alongside a heat-management bypass charging feature.
In terms of cameras, the OnePlus 15T keeps a dual-camera setup on the rear. It packs a 50MP primary sensor, likely the Sony IMX906, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom, expected to use Samsung’s JN5 sensor. Interestingly, it skips an ultra-wide sensor, which many other flagships offer. The front-facing camera is 16MP, providing solid selfie capabilities.
The handset measures 150.56 x 71.82 x 8.48 mm and weighs 194 grams, featuring a robust glass fiber back with a metal frame. Its durability credentials are impressive, boasting dust and water resistance with IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings. Buyers can expect three color finishes: Pure Cocoa, Healing White Chocolate, and Relaxed Matcha.

Though initially launching in China, rumors suggest the 15T or a close variant may reach global markets soon, likely under the name OnePlus 15s. With features like a top-tier Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Elite chip, a large battery with fast charging, and unique color options, the 15T looks poised to challenge other premium smartphones when it goes on sale. One detail missing compared to competitors is the ultra-wide camera, which could be a sticking point for photography enthusiasts.
OnePlus 15T pricing details have not yet been officially announced, but based on its premium specifications and features, it is expected to be priced competitively among other flagship smartphones in the market.
