Vivo’s upcoming X300 Ultra has surfaced in live photos showcasing its beige color option and revealing a bold new design featuring a prominent Zeiss-branded camera array. The phone’s leak sheds light on its high-end hardware, including a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and advanced imaging technology.
The handset sports a substantial rear camera module with clear Zeiss branding, visible especially from the side profile. The beige model’s back cover appears textured with a subtle pattern, while the frame looks metal. Standard elements sit along the bottom, including microphones, a USB-C port, a speaker, and a SIM card slot. Physical buttons for power and volume control line the edges.
A screenshot from the settings menu confirms the phone’s core specs: Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of onboard storage. Vivo’s proprietary imaging processors, the VS1 and V3+, handle photo and video tasks. The battery capacity is a substantial 6600mAh.
Vivo X300 Ultra camera specifications
The phone’s camera setup is its standout feature. At the heart is a massive 200-megapixel Sony LYT-901 sensor sized at 1/1.12 inches with a 35mm equivalent focal length. Complementing this is a periscope-style 200MP telephoto lens from Samsung (model HPB) with an 85mm focal length, boasting Zeiss APO certification for enhanced optical quality.

The camera array also includes a 50MP ultrawide Sony LYT-828 sensor plus a multispectral sensor to improve color accuracy and detail. On the front, there is a 50MP autofocus selfie camera, a significant upgrade over typical midrange shooters.
Vivo X300 Ultra specs and configurations
Leaks suggest several memory and storage configurations for the Vivo X300 Ultra:
- 12GB RAM / 256GB storage
- 12GB RAM / 512GB storage
- 16GB RAM / 512GB storage
- 16GB RAM / 1TB storage (top-tier model)
The highest-end version might also support satellite connectivity, a feature gaining momentum as companies like Apple and Samsung integrate it for emergency communications.
Vivo has steadily expanded its premium lineup, pushing camera technology further with its collaboration with optics brand Zeiss-aiming to rival flagship phones from Apple, Samsung, and Google that focus on computational photography paired with versatile camera modules. The X300 Ultra’s dual 200MP camera system is rare in the smartphone world and signals Vivo’s commitment to photography enthusiasts.
As the Vivo X300 Ultra edges closer to launch, eyes will be on how well it balances raw camera power with real-world performance, battery life, and software optimization. If Vivo nails image processing with its VS1 and V3+ chips, the X300 Ultra could shake up the flagship segment before it even hits shelves.
