Following the reveal of multiple devices at IFA Berlin last year, the company recently made available the Spot+Scrub Ai robot vacuum ($1,200), the Clean+Wash Hygiene wet floor cleaner ($500), and today introduced the $350 PencilWash, a compact, cordless mop designed for smaller spaces. These additions mark Dyson’s continued push into smart and versatile floor cleaning solutions catering to different home environments and user needs.
The Clean+Wash Hygiene builds upon Dyson’s earlier WashG1 model introduced in 2024, maintaining its cordless form but improving debris collection by positioning both the dirty-water tank and debris tray within the device’s head itself. This alteration aims for ease of disposal, allowing the user to empty both components simultaneously, a step up from the previous design where these were separated. Rounding out the new offerings is the Spot+Scrub Ai, a robot vacuum and mop hybrid that uses artificial intelligence. Priced at $1,200, it features a ”high-contrast green light” to detect elusive stains-a concept similar to Shark’s PowerDetect UV Reveal. Its rotating wet roller is automatically cleaned during operation and rises when transitioning from hard floors to carpet. The Spot+Scrub Ai stands out with its 200-minute runtime and unique triple-canister base, which enables advanced debris and water management automation, simplifying user maintenance compared to conventional robot cleaners.
Dyson’s current wet-floor cleaners reflect a strong focus on efficiency and user-friendly design upgrades.
