Almost every detail about Oppo’s upcoming flagship, the Find X9 Ultra, has surfaced through a fresh leak revealing a handset packed with advanced camera hardware and high-end specs. This phone is shaping up to be one of the most advanced camera-focused smartphones available.
The Find X9 Ultra will sport a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display featuring a sharp 1440×3120 resolution, a smooth 144Hz refresh rate, and an eye-popping peak brightness of up to 3600 nits. Oppo is also protecting the screen with its proprietary NanoCrystal Glass technology for improved durability.
Camera capabilities steal the spotlight here. At the core is a massive 200-megapixel main sensor matched with a 200MP periscope telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom. There’s also a secondary periscope module with a 50MP sensor capable of 10x optical zoom, alongside a 50MP ultra-wide shooter and a 50MP front-facing camera. Oppo continues its collaboration with Hasselblad, including an enhanced Hasselblad Master Mode for refined photo processing and shooting experience.

Under the hood, the Find X9 Ultra packs Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with a hefty 16GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage – numbers that put it firmly in flagship territory.
The device draws power from an impressively large 7050mAh battery. Fast charging support includes 100W wired and 50W wireless speeds, which should make topping up this giant cell far less of a hassle.
The design takes cues from classic digital cameras, featuring a metal frame paired with a faux leather back panel. Depending on the variant, the phone’s thickness ranges between 8.65mm and 9.1mm, weighing around 235 to 236 grams.
Oppo hasn’t skimped on durability either, offering dust and water resistance certified to IP66, IP68, and even IP69 standards-levels rarely seen all together in a single device.
According to the source, Oppo plans to officially unveil the Find X9 Ultra in April, with a global launch following soon after. This hints at Oppo’s intention to compete well beyond China, taking on rivals like Samsung and Apple in the premium camera phone segment.
With its staggering camera setup, massive battery, and premium features, the Find X9 Ultra is positioning itself as a serious contender in the high-end smartphone arena. The real test will be how well Oppo leverages its Hasselblad partnership to deliver an imaging experience that stands out amid oversaturated 200MP phones. Watch for how quickly this beast hits shelves and whether Oppo can justify such a lofty price with software and performance that match the hardware ambition.
