OnePlus has started rolling out a fresh OxygenOS update, version 16.0.5.700, for the OnePlus 15 and OnePlus 13s models in India. This incremental OTA update brings the March 2026 Android security patch along with several user-focused improvements aimed at enhancing multitasking, accessibility, and file management.

The OnePlus 15 update arrives as firmware CPH2745_16.0.5.700(EX01), while the OnePlus 13s receives CPH2723_16.0.5.700(EX01) for Indian users. Both devices benefit from the addition of multiple simultaneous timers, letting users run several timers in parallel. The timer interface has also been revamped to display estimated stop times for better tracking, an upgrade useful for productivity or cooking scenarios.

OnePlus has revamped the Content Portal, now supporting app clones that facilitate smoother content sharing between applications or different accounts. A new setting to ”Automatically open received files” has been introduced, giving users control over whether files transferred through sharing services open immediately after downloading.

The OnePlus 13s also gains an accessibility feature called Motion cues, designed to reduce motion sickness for users when traveling in moving vehicles. It can be found under Settings → Accessibility & convenience → Motion cues, a welcome addition to OnePlus’s focus on inclusive user experiences.

As is typical for phased rollouts, not all users will receive the update immediately. Those eager to upgrade can manually check by going to Settings > About device > OxygenOS version > Check for updates. After downloading, a restart is required to complete the installation.

This update demonstrates OnePlus’s ongoing commitment to refining its software with practical features and timely security patches, keeping its flagship phones competitive and secure in a crowded smartphone segment where software support can be a deciding factor for buyers.
