Hisense has unveiled a new premium TV in China, the E7S Pro RGB Mini LED, available in 65, 75, 85, and 100-inch sizes. This model stands out for its RGB Mini LED backlighting technology, offering far better color accuracy than typical Mini LED panels.
The TV boasts a peak brightness reaching 5,100 nits and delivers outstanding color precision with a ΔE value under 0.7, catering to viewers demanding vivid and true-to-life images. It supports 100% of the BT.2020 color gamut, enhancing the richness of colors across its display.
Hisense’s top-tier version packs up to 7,560 local dimming zones, significantly improving contrast and brightness control compared to many mainstream Mini LED TVs that often feature fewer dimming zones.
The E7S Pro runs on Hisense’s proprietary Xinxin AI Picture Quality Chip H7. The AI-powered processor performs real-time optimization with scene recognition, sharpness enhancement, and intelligent color management, aiming to produce an optimal picture in diverse viewing conditions.

The set also incorporates AI Anti-Halo technology, which reduces glowing halos around bright objects for cleaner highlights. It tracks on-screen elements to add perceived depth while automatically adjusting settings across 26 different viewing scenarios.
Designed specifically for gamers, the E7S Pro supports variable refresh rate (VRR), AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM). It features four HDMI 2.1 ports capable of 4K output at up to 180Hz, surpassing many competitors that typically max out at 120Hz for 4K gaming.
Under the hood sits a MediaTek MT9655 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC for screen casting convenience.
Hisense teamed up with French audio specialist Devialet to deliver a 2.1.2 speaker setup rated at 165W. This system supports Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and IMAX Enhanced, providing a high-end sound stage to complement the vibrant visual experience.
The TV sports a sleek design just 53mm thick, featuring a decorative speaker grille with textured finishing for a premium aesthetic.
Pricing in China starts at:
- 65-inch: 6,999 yuan (~$1,050)
- 75-inch: 8,499 yuan (~$1,275)
- 85-inch: 11,499 yuan (~$1,725)
- 100-inch: 18,499 yuan (~$2,775)
While Hisense offers many affordable smart TVs, the E7S Pro highlights its push into premium territory by combining bleeding-edge display technology with gamer-friendly features. It remains to be seen how the E7S Pro will compete internationally against flagship offerings from LG, Samsung, and Sony, who dominate the 4K HDR arena with OLED and advanced Mini LED options.
Hisense’s embrace of RGB Mini LEDs and such a high peak brightness figure is impressive for expanding HDR capabilities, especially in bright rooms. Future updates could focus on refining smart platform performance and expanding global availability to challenge established high-end TV brands.
