Bleakmill has delayed Industria 2 at the last minute, pushing the horror shooter from 15 April to 29 April. The studio says the extra time is meant to make the game ”more interesting for everyone”, which is a polite way of saying the team decided it was better to miss the first date than ship something half-baked.
The project is being built by just eight developers spread across the world, so a two-week delay is a lot more meaningful than it sounds. Small teams do not get the luxury of brute force; if one part needs tuning, everything else tends to wait in line behind it. That has become a familiar pattern for ambitious indie shooters, where atmosphere and AI are often sold as the headline features and then get the longest polishing pass.

What Industria 2 is about
Industria 2 follows Nora, a scientist trying to find her way back home to East Berlin in 1989 from a parallel universe. Standing in her path is ATLAS, an artificial intelligence that has taken control of a small town in northern Europe and unleashed its machines on the area.
Platforms and language support
The game is due on PC through Steam, GOG, and Epic Games Store. Russian language support has not been announced, and if Bleakmill sticks to the new date, players will not have to wait long to see whether those extra two weeks were spent wisely or just spent.
