Mandy, better known in-game as Blonde Blazer, stands out as one of Dispatch’s key supporting characters. She runs the Torrance branch of the Superhero Dispatch Network and serves as one of Robert’s romantic interests. Her powers come from a magical amulet with a red gem-when activated, she physically transforms into a taller, more muscular woman with trademark platinum blonde hair.
